A: It is a flat rate of $5/gig per month (limit of 10 gig)

A: It depends on the hosting plan that you choose. Please refer to the plan specifications at stormwire.com to see if your plan includes a static IP.
Q: Will I have 24 hour access to my web site?
A: Yes, FTP will provide you with access anytime.
Q: What is CGI access?
A: CGI scripts (Common Gateway interface) are used to provide things like counters, form responses,
guest books, and many other things. Stormwire.com gives you full CGI access for no extra charge! You can
write your own scripts, install someone else's, or use one of our preinstalled CGI scripts. We do nto support 3rd party CGI scripts.
Q: What languages are currently supported in CGI?
A: Shell, Bourne,and Perl are all supported and available.
Q: Do you provide a CGI-BIN personal directory?
A: Yes, you get your own personal CGI-BIN.
Q: What version of Perl is installed on the server?
A: most up to date

A: usr/sbin/sendmail
Q: Do you offer SSI?
A: Yes, just make sure that you call them with the .shtml extension.

A: We run Apache Open SSL.
Q: Do I get a shell account with my solution?
A: NO. We no longer allow any type of commandline access on any of our shared or reseller hosting account.
Q: Are Mime types definable?
A: Yes, You can control them from our easy to use control panel.
Q: Do you support VRML 1.0 and 2.0?
A: Yes, we support these.
Q: Will I have access to my raw log files?
A: Yes. You can access them from your cpanel.
Q: Do you provide password protection to folders?
A: Yes. This is easily set up through your cpanel.
Q: What should the main page of my web site be named?
A: It should be named "index.html".
Q: Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?
A: Yes, you will be able to access the domain address with or without the "www" in front of the
domain name.
Q: Do you support a Macintosh?
A: Sure. Just use Fetch instead of FTP.
Q: Can I host any top level domain (tld), even foreign ones?
A: Yes all types of domains foreign and domestic can be hosted.
Q: What programs can be used to access e-mail?
A: Any POP email client can be used: pine, elm, Netscape mail, Outlook, etc. But
you cannot use IMAP programs.
Q: Can I forward as many email accounts as I want?
A: Yes, up to the # of accounts included in your package.
Q: Is spam mailing (bulk mailing) allowed?
A: No. Absolutely not.
Q: How can I manage my e-mail accounts?
A: Use the simple to use mail manager feature in your cpanel.
Q: Do you have FTP and FTP Anonymous access?
A: Yes, you get both.
Q: Are your servers monitored?
A: Yes, we monitor them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
